What are the terms for returning / changing a product?

The return of products is possible according to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 10 days from the date of the order.
• The product packaging must be in its original condition.
• The returned product must not have been used or damaged.
• Return costs are borne by the customer.
• The buyer must place in the package all the documents required by law, in order to be able to cancel the specific sale.

In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will be returned to the sender, at his expense.

Terms of changing:

All products are sold “as is”. You are responsible for your purchase and there are NO refunds. You may contact us within 10 days of the date of purchase if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the buyer must go through a new payment process to pay the difference. If, however, the new product has a lower value than the returned one, then our company credits the buyer with the difference according to the above.
