How are orders shipped?

The delivery of products of light or medium weight and volume is done with the company ACS Courier. Please contact us for more information.

What is the shipping cost?

For orders with product costs under € 100 there is a shipping charge of € 4.
For purchases over € 100, shipping is free.

What are the payment methods?

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery with extra charge 2.00 € (only for shipments within Greece & cash only). Payment for the products can be made in cash upon receipt, at the place you have declared. Upon receipt of the products, you will be asked to sign the receipt and deliver the amount (including shipping and cash on delivery) to the authorized representative of the courier in cash.

By selecting payment through Bank, the details of the bank account will be displayed at the completion of your order. The deposit must be made within 3 working days in order for the order to be considered valid. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

The name of the buyer or the order number must be indicated on the depositor details. The proof of deposit is then sent to the e-mail info@bystefania.gr
